8 oz package of peppered bacon
16 oz Brie cheese
1/2 cup of chopped fresh basil
1 cup of peach jam
2 cups SWEETSTACKS GOURMET PANCAKE MIX & WAFFLE MIX
1 1/3 cups milk
6 tablespoons vegetable oil
Fry peppered bacon until cooked and crispy.
Combine milk, eggs and vegetable oil in a large bowl and whip together with whisk.
Add gourmet pancake mix to mixture in bowl and whip together with whisk.
Spray waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray then heat waffle iron.
Pour 1/4 cup batter onto center of hot waffle iron.
Bake about 5 minutes or until steaming stops.
A Full Batch yields approximately 8 waffles.
Place 1 waffle on plate. Slice brie cheese and place on waffle.
Lay cooked and crispy peppered bacon onto the brie. Add tablespoon of peach jam to the plate and ENJOY!!
Yields about 4 servings.
TO STORE: Store leftover waffles in zip lock bags and store in refrigerator or freezer.
TO REHEAT: Heat waffles in toaster until crisp.
