Ingredients
Preheat oven to 350.
3 cups Sweetstacks Gourmet pancake mix
1 can (12 oz.) beer
Instructions
Mix SweetStacks gourmet pancake with beer until batter is smooth.
Pour into greased loaf pan (9x5)
Drizzle 1/4 cup melted butter over top (optional)
Bake in greased loaf pan (large) @ 60 minutes. (Toothpick inserted in center comes out clean)
Serves 12 slices or squares.
