Makes 4 servings
These pancakes are a delicious dessert or a sweet treat for breakfast!
1 cup milk
2 cups SweetStacks Gourmet Pancake Mix/Waffle Mix
½ cup chopped almonds
½ cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
2 cups miniature marshmallows
2 cups hot fudge ice cream topping
Recipe: In a bowl, mix together milk, eggs, and SweetStacks Gourmet Pancake & Waffle Mix. Add the chopped almonds and chocolate chips to the batter in the bowl and mix until ingredients are combined. Heat griddle to medium heat and spray with non-stick cooking spray. Pour 1/4 cup batter onto griddle and cook pancake for one minute or until golden and flip to cook other side. As pancake is finishing cooking, sprinkle a few marshmallows onto the top. Remove pancakes from griddle and form stacks of two, making 4 pancake stacks. Drizzle each pancake stack with the hot fudge ice cream topping and enjoy!
