Ingredients
Pancakes
2/3 cup SweetStacks Gourmet Pancake Mix
3 TBL oil
1 egg
3/4 cup milk
1/3 cup baking cocoa
6 Oreos finely crushed
Cream filling
1 cup heavy whipping cream
3 TBL confectioners sugar
1 tsp vanilla
3 Oreos finely crushed
Instructions
Pancakes
Combine SweetStacks Pancake Mix, oil, egg, milk and baking cocoa until smooth.
Add crushed Oreos to combined batter.
Make pancakes! :)
*Let pancakes cool a bit before layering with cream filling
Cream Filling
Combine whipping cream, confectioners sugar and vanilla with a hand mixer (I used whisk attachment) until you
can form stiff peaks of mixture. Whipped cream consistency.
Sprinkle crushed oreos in cream filling and layer in between Oreo pancakes.
