SweetStacks Waffles

2 - 1/2 cups SweetStacks pancake mix 

1 - 1/3 cup Milk (For BEST Results use Whole Milk)

2   eggs

6 TBL Vegetable oil

Combine milk, eggs and vegetable oil in a large bowl and whip together with whisk. 

Add pancake mix to mixture in bowl and whip together with whisk.

Spray waffle iron with non-stick cooking spray then heat waffle iron.

Pour batter onto center of hot waffle iron.

Bake about 5 minutes or until steaming stops. 

A Full Batch yields approximately 8 waffles. 

Waffles are made with 1/4 cup of batter.

TO STORE:  Store leftover waffles in zip lock bags and store in refrigerator or freezer. 

TO REHEAT:  Heat waffles in toaster until crisp.
