You can make Sweet Crepes using our Gourmet Pancake Mix!! 

SweetStacks Crepes

2   cups SweetStacks pancake mix 

2    cups Milk

2   eggs

6 TBL Vegetable oil

Combine milk, eggs and vegetable oil in a large bowl and whip together with whisk. 

Add SweetStacks mix to mixture in bowl and whip together with whisk.

Spray griddle or pan with non-stick cooking spray.

Pour thin batter onto griddle or pan on medium heat to cook crepes.

When bubbles start to appear on the batter flip the crepes over and cook other side.

Enjoy your crepes by adding your favorite fillings: 

Sweet Crepe fillings:  strawberries, blueberries, raspberries, pineapple or cottage cheese and top with whipped cream

Savory Crepe fillings:  sausage, ham and cheese, smoked beef sausages, monster cheese

A Full Batch yields approximately 12 crepes. 

Crepes are made with 1/4 cup of batter.

TO STORE:  Store leftover crepes in zip lock bags and store in refrigerator or freezer. 

TO REHEAT:  Heat crepes in microwave for 8 seconds.
