SweetStacks Strawberry Delight

2 cups SweetStacks pancake mix (1 full batch) - For BEST Results use Whole Milk

Frozen strawberries

Whipped Cream

Stacked pancake molds with holes in middle (Williams – Sonoma)

Make gourmet pancake batter using the SweetStacks gourmet pancake mix (use 1 full batch directions). For BEST Results use Whole Milk. 

Heat griddle at medium heat.  Place stacked pancake molds onto grill and spray inner sides with non-stick spray. Pour pancake batter into stacked pancake molds on griddle and cook.  When bubbles begin to appear and the pancakes solidify remove the pancake modes and flip pancakes and cook other side.  Cook 1-2 minutes on each side.  Do not overcook.

Stack cooked short stack of pancakes on plate and fill the middle of the stack with frozen strawberries and whipped cream and enjoy!

Makes approximately three 3-layered stacks.

Variations:Substitute frozen strawberries with blueberries, bananas or raspberries.
