SweetStacks Cheeseburger Stackwiches

2 cups SweetStacks pancake mix (1 full batch) - For BEST Results use Whole Milk. 

  Hamburger patties (4 patties)

  Cheddar Cheese (4 slices)

Make gourmet pancake batter using the SweetStacks gourmet pancake mix (use 1 full batch directions).  For BEST Results use Whole Milk.  Put batter in refrigerator to stay cool. 

Cook hamburger patty until fully cooked.  Add cheese slice to patty and cook at low until cheese has melted.

Remove batter from refrigerator.  Heat griddle at medium heat.  Pour pancake batter onto griddle and cook.  When bubbles begin to appear flip pancakes and cook other side.  Cook 1-2 minutes on each side.  Do not over cook. 

Place hamburger patty with melted cheese between two pancakes and serve.
