2 cups SweetStacks Gourmet Pancake Mix pancake mix (1 full batch) - For BEST Results use Whole Milk.
  
    bacon (8-10 slices)

Fry bacon slices until fully cooked and crispy.

Make gourmet pancake batter using the SweetStacks gourmet pancake mix (use 1 full batch directions).  For BEST Results use Whole Milk. 

Break or slice cooked bacon slices into pieces.   

Pour batter onto griddle or pan on medium heat.  

Place bacon pieces into batter on grill.  

When bubbles start to appear on the batter flip the pancakes over and cook other side.  

Ensure that the pancakes are fully cooked before removing from grill.  

Enjoy with butter and syrup!  This is a delicious tasty combination of sweet and salty flavor!

 The sweet is not overwhelming that you cannot taste the salty flavor of the bacon and vice versa.  Both flavors are subtle enough where both are just perfect and compliment each other nicely!!  Enjoy!!!  This is my niece's favorite pancake dish!
