Our family is known for making more than enough pancakes at each meal whether it is for breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner or dessert. We never throw away any left over pancakes. Our pancakes are so rich and moist they can be stored easily and enjoyed later. Here's what we do: We take left over pancakes and store them in sandwich zip lock bags putting 2-3 pancakes in each bag. We store the pancakes in the refrigerator if we intend on eating the pancakes in the next day or so. Reheating leftover pancakes can be done in different ways: 1) Microwave each 2-3 pancakes for 10-15 seconds. Don't over heat. 2) Place pancakes into toaster and heat up. Serve with your favorite toppings! If we would like to eat the pancakes in several days or a week later we put the pancakes into freezer zip lock bags and we separate the pancakes with wax paper so they do not stick to each other once they're frozen and therefore easy to separate for reheating and place them in the freezer. You can reheat the pancakes using the 2 methods listed above. Our family enjoys our pancakes for breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner and dessert!! We even enjoy them for quick snacks!! So don't throw out your leftover pancakes. Store them and eat them later. They taste just as great as if you just made them!! Enjoy! And thank you for not wasting!
