2 cups SweetStacks gourmet pancake mix (1 full batch) For BEST Results use Whole Milk

1 box of JELL-O Instant Pudding Banana Cream

   powdered sugar

   Perfect Pancake Molds

Make banana cream pudding using the JELL-O Instant pudding.

Once banana cream pudding has settled and thickened make gourmet pancake batter using the SweetStack gourmet pancake mix (use 1 full batch directions).
For BEST Results use Whole Milk.

Heat griddle at medium heat.  Place perfect pancake mold on griddle and spray the inner sides with non-stick cooking spray.  Pour the pancake batter into the pancake mold half-way. Put 1-2 teaspoons of the banana cream pudding onto the batter in the pancake mold. Pour more pancake mix on top of the pudding and cover completely.  Cook 2 minutes on each side.  You can remove the mold from the pancake once the stackwich has solidified.

Once completely cooked and cooled add powdered sugar to top of each stackwich and enjoy!

Makes approximately 8 stackwiches.
Variations:  Substitute pudding with any other instant pudding flavors i.e. vanilla, chocolate, custard, pistachio, lemon, coconut, etc.)  Our favorite is pistachio.  YUM!

Or if you like savory additives, add bacon, sausage or Canadian bacon. Our favorite is sausage stackwiches!
