WAFFLE DOGS

Ingredients:

1 package Sweetstacks Gourmet Pancake/Waffle Mix

8 large maple flavored sausages

popsicle sticks

Directions:

Heat a deep fryer to 350 degrees F.

MIx waffle mix according to package directions, using half the required liquid.

Push popsicle sticks into einds of each sausage. Press waffle mix around sausages in the thinnest possible coating that will stick. Fry in batches until deep golden brown. Drain on paper towels. Serve at once, passing maple syrup for dipping.
