You can make crepes using our Gourmet Pancake Mix.  FOR CREPES PLEASE USE SKIM, NON-FAT OR 2% MILK and Add 1/3 cup more of milk for each Half Batch.  This should make the pancake batter thinner.

What?!  You may be thinking 'What is Elaine talking about?!'.  Pancakes for dinner?  Yes, my family eats pancakes at any meal.  My family is known for eating our sweet pancakes for  breakfast, lunch, dinner, dessert or even as a snack.  Hey, if they taste soooo good then Why Not?!
