This is a heavy duty cast iron pan and will give you a lifetime of enjoyment. This pan is made for use on gas stoves, camp stoves and can also be used on the spiral electric stovetops. It should Not be used on flat top electric stoves. Since it is a pan with a pre-seasoned finish you do not need to season it before using. Just wash the pan in warm water to remove any impurities before using. For cooking spray the pan with Pam or add a ½ teaspoon of cooking oil to each hole and you are ready to start making delicious SweetStacks Puffy Pancakes!
