Ingredients
1 1/3 cups SweetStacks Gourmet Pancake & Waffle Mix
2 Tablespoons oil
1 egg
2/3 cup milk
1 Tablespoons pumpkin pie spice
3 Tablespoons Brown sugar
1/3 cup pumpkin puree
Instructions
1. Combine SweetStacks Pancake & Waffle Mix, egg, oil and milk.
2. Fold and mix in pumpkin puree, pumpkin pie spice and brown sugar.
3. Make waffles! And top with whipped cream.
