Carrot Cake Waffles

Ingredients

*Make full batch of SweetStacks Gourmet Waffle Mix
2 cups SweetStacks Waffle Mix
1 cup Milk
2 Eggs
6 TBL Oil
½ TBL of Baking powder
1/4 cup Corn Starch
2 ½ tsp Cinnamon
1 tsp Nutmeg
1 tsp Allspice
1 cup Raisins (optional)
1 1/3 cups grated carrots

Instructions

1. Preheat waffle iron.

2. In a large mixing bowl, make full batch of SS Pancake and Waffle Mix according to directions then stir in the rest of the ingredients in a large mixing bowl. (Want less of a mess? Try our perfect pour method! Perfect Pour)

3. Waffles take around 3-4 minutes to make but vary with waffle iron.

Notes

TO STORE: Store leftover gourmet pancakes in zip lock bags and store in refrigerator or freezer.

TO REHEAT: Heat gourmet pancakes in toaster or oven until crisp.
